FAQ

Before you book

Wheels or lugs can be stuck from rust or overtightening. If a lug is seized or a wheel is fused to the hub, the job may need a shop finish. A damaged wheel stud can occasionally break during normal removal; we’ll document it and advise replacement at a shop. If the wheel can’t be safely removed or secured, we may not complete the job and a service call fee may still apply.

What areas do you serve?

Denver • Aurora • Lakewood • Arvada • Westminster • Thornton • Englewood • Littleton • Centennial.

What vehicles do you service?

Passenger cars, crossovers, SUVs, and light-duty pickups up to ½-ton (e.g., F-150, 1500 series). Not ¾-ton/1-ton (2500/3500), dually/HD, or commercial/fleet vehicles. Oversized/lifted vehicles or trucks with upgraded heavy-duty brake systems may be referred to a shop.

Do prices include parts?

No. Labor only. Parts are billed at cost with receipt. Service call included in labor price.

What do you need from me?

VIN, location, and which axle(s). Vehicle should be on private property with room to work.

Where should I park?

On private property in a safe, accessible place — not in the street or on a steep grade.

ABS work?

No ABS-modulator or upstream hydraulic work. We keep the system sealed and only bleed at serviced calipers. If ABS bleeding is required, we’ll refer you to a shop.

Warranty

3 months / 3,000 miles on labor. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
